A Our lead time is 35-50 days based on the quantity you ordered and if meet special holidays, the lead time will be longer ,while our sales will contact you ahead if any special situations.

QWhat currency do your company accept ?

A USD and RMB.

QWhat is your payment term ?

A Our payment term is T/T,30% deposit and 70% balance be clear before delivery.Or paypal and western union.

QWhich situation will you do EXW and FOB ?

A If your quantity less than full container ,we will based on EXW trading term.If your quantity up to full containers like 20 GP,40HQ and 45 HQ,we will based on FOB for you.

QWhat is your trading term ?

A Our trading term are EXW and FOB. EXW means clients bear all freight charges from factory to their warehouse; FOB means free on board ,Height factory will bear China local costs from factory to China port and client only bear the shipping cost from China port to their warehouse.

QCan you do customized/OEM order ?

A Yes,we do customized/OEM order and can print your logo based on your request.

QWhat is the order process ?

Our 12 steps order processes are :

2.　Discussion

3.　Quotation

4.　Discuss and confirm the item quantity

5.　Confirm Order with deposit payment

6.　Client submit the requests of order samples

7.　Start sample production(If client no need sample,then we can start mass production in this process)

8.　Sample pictures or shipping to client for confirm

9.　Mass production start

10. Keep client's updated for new production process with pictures or videos.

11. Production finished,sales inform clients and discuss the shipping way and provide shipping prices for reference.

12. Products been delivered and our services never ends, our team will always here for you if any questions or need any help.

QWhat is the Minimum Order Quantity ?
